Now the summer holidays are over all the eyes of the toy world are on the lookout for the latest hot toys for Christmas and the toys most likely to be on children’s wish lists for Santa. Toy shops and retailers usually have a good idea of what is going to be a popular toy and know that you can’t go far wrong with trusted brands that have proven success on their side.
Old favourites are again looking to do well this year such as Lego including their new release of Lego board games, Barbie and Rubiks 360 plus movie toys, electronic toys and kid’s digital cameras. However watch out for some new character toys following the launch of this year’s new pre-school TV series Waybuloo where the land of Nara is inhabited by four animated characters called Piplings whose names are Yojojo, De Li, Nok Tok and Lau Lau. Expect Waybuloo storybooks and the DVD to be a popular toy this year.
